Yoga Trainer

I worked for 7 years as a physiotherapist. I also have experience working as a personal trainer at the gym and also as an exercise instructor in a community care centre. 

 

I took a Svyasa teacher training course in 2015 and since then I have slowly but surely been absorbed into yoga. I teach yoga asanas (advanced asanas) in sitting, standing prone and supine postures along with breathing techniques. I am an advocate of Om and shloka chanting, discussions of yogic theories and biomechanics of the human body through Sankhya philosophy and similar schools of thought.
