I am a Yoga Professional with Master's Degree in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences with a detailed study of Yogic Literature and application of the subject in day to day life to enhance the quality and wellbeing.
I am a regular practitioner of Traditional Yoga, Vipassana Meditation, and an avid reader of books in different genres that help me grow within and without. Worked as a Yoga Practitioner in Vana Wellness Retreats in Dehradun.
Presently, I am helping people maintaining their optimum health by guiding them through sessions and counselling on zoom.
I firmly believe that the potential lies within and spiritualism is one of the ways to stimulate those latent powers and helps one reach the zenith of what we are supposed to be, blissful.
