PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, & CANCELLATIONS
At Vijayash Well-Being & Counselling Centre, we charge for your online counselling & well-being sessions taken on audio and video. When you avail of any of such services with us, it is important for you to know that you are also bound by the following terms & conditions:

All the charges paid by the customer for any of the services at Vijayash Well-Being & Counselling Centre are non-refundable. If at all, the customer is not happy with any of the counselling services undertaken, the customer can send a mail at info@vijayashfoundation.com, which will be thoroughly reviewed by the team. The decision of Vijayash Well-Being & Counselling Centre on any such matter will be final and binding.

The date of the online counselling session cannot be shifted to any other period unless you have been intimated by the Vijayash Well-Being & Counselling Centre team. In case, the customer fails to use the service on the given period of time, no refunds shall be provided in such a scenario. However, all requests for rescheduling audio and video sessions are based on a first come first serve basis. (Any requests to be made at least 24 hours before the session)

At the time of the use of any of the services purchased, Vijayash Well-Being & Counselling Centre shall make only 2 attempts to reach you. If the customer fails to respond to the attempts made, the service will be treated as consumed and we shall not be liable to pay any refunds.

In case of technical difficulties during or at the time of the session, Vijayash Well-Being & Counselling Centre will do a thorough check with the service providers. If the case is genuine, we will reschedule the appointment.

Vijayash Well-Being & Counselling Centre shall not be responsible for any fraudulent transaction/decline/lack of authorisation that may arise due to the use of Internet Banking/ Debit/Credit Cards (“Virtual Payment Mode”).

Vijayash Well-Being & Counselling Centre deserves its right to change the charges for any of the services, at any time, without the requirement of any prior intimation to the customer. Any such change shall be binding and effective on the User.

If the client is late for a session by more than 20 minutes, without informing the psychologist, then it deemed as a no show, and the session is forfeited without any refunds.

If the session is extended beyond 10 minutes, Rs 100 is added to the total session cost. For every 10 minutes, Rs 100 will be added. For eg, if a client takes up a total of 30 minutes extra - they will have to pay Rs 300 extra after the session.

If the client behaves inappropriately during the session, the therapist has the privilege to end the session without giving any refund or compensation.

If due to certain emergency the therapist has to reschedule the appointment, then the client will not be charged for that.

All payments are to be made 100% in advance of the start of the counseling session.
Advanced Payment Packages :
We offer advanced payment packages to make counseling affordable and accessible to all clients. There are a few rules for the packages.

If a client doesn’t show up for a session that has been booked, it will not be rescheduled, but it will be deemed to have been taken

Sessions are non-refundable, once paid, no refund will be given

Sessions are non-transferable, unused sessions can’t be transferred to others

Sessions have to be utilized within a period of 6 months. If all the 12 sessions are not used within 6 months, then they will be considered lapsed. In certain cases, an extension of the end date may be given, but that is only at the discretion of the office and with a recommendation from the counselor.

On occasion, the company has the right to change the counselor, the client is informed in advance, and the case history is transferred from the previous counselor to the new counselor.
